Today was good. Overall the experience was pretty good.

They did a very good job. They were professional and were very responsive to any issues in a timely manner. The pool looks beautiful and is just as we imagined it. We would recommend them.

They did an excellent job, on schedule, and on time, they just a fine job. Competitive Pricing and the Pool looks great and looks brand new.

It was nice, they coordinated with other contractors to do the job correctly. They are great, the weather last year was terrible so it was kind of delayed but he always let us know how things were going and don't leave us just hanging, he was just honest. The price was very competitive but reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

Its top notch and best of the best. They provided exceptional customer service and the quality was very high. They work with us and make sure they did it right.

The job eventually got done OK by the sub-contractors. Hopefully the work stays in good shape for years. However, Anthony Sylvan's (AS) supervision of the job was very poor and they did a poor job anticipating problems. 1) The coping was installed a solid two inches above the existing deck in a spot. The coping appears to have been installed level, and the problem is with the sunken deck. However AS gave us no indication that there would be such an issue with the transition so we could properly plan to deal with the issue. The job supervisor promised to help us figure out a solution. However, his idea of helping us was telling us he sent us an email (which we never received) with contact information of some contractors who might fix the deck. Some help buddy. 2) The bond coat was applied over debris which was not cleaned out of the pool. The supervisor recognized this as a problem after we saw it and sent him pictures. He never would have known about it had we not seen the problem ourselves as he hadn't been to our pool, nor was he planning on showing up over that time period. His initial reaction was "I'm sure the plaster guys will deal with it in the morning" without having any idea if the plaster sub-contractor had even acknowledged that there was any problem nor having any idea what their potential remedy would be. After enough complaining on our part, we got him to show up and make sure the bond coat would be reapplied. 3) The plaster developed a small crack immediately after filling the pool. This is actually the least aggravating problem as AS has told us they will have the crack fixed when we are ready to deal with it. I will also share my favorite line from the supervisor's mouth after the initial problem with the coping. It's not word for word, but it went like this...."we can't anticipate every problem and supervise everything because AS is a big company and needs to make money, therefore we operate at the lowest possible cost". Update 4/29/2019: Anthony Sylvan contacted me after posting this initial review aware that there were some issues with my job and wanting to know how they could improve. I think that overall they probably do try to give their customers a good experience and hopefully this job is one of those that some of the details fell through the cracks. I hope they take my feedback and improve their supervision process, or at least improve things under this one supervisor on our job.

The staff members from sales to installation and service are excellent. Client friendly and easy to deal with. They kept us informed in a timely manner and answered all of our questions. All services met and exceeded our expectations. We have a beautiful pool and spa to enjoy with family and friends.

They did a very professional job, from start to finish. from giving me a proposal of the project to scheduling and to construction. They came when they said they would. The project manager was there explained everything about the construction and also to inspect the work.

Started rough with lot of delays but in the end the pool was beautiful. Couldn't be happier with the pool. I would recommend them. My only issue was it was kinda a difficult to get any part of the project done. My only recommendation is to have a little more coordination with the contractors.

Very well. Dominic arrived on schedule, very professional and helpful-pool was cleaned and winterized and new cover applied.
