Where to start? First of all Bruce didn't set up the spring correctly. It takes about 40 pounds of lift to open the door manually when it should take 10 to 15 pounds of lift. He charged me $350 to replace the spring which seems quite high. When I asked him how much it would cost to replace the broken trolley he quoted me over $500. That didn't seem right so I told him no. I bought the new trolley from Lift Master for $20 plus $11 shipping and performed the repair in about 30 minutes. I won't call Bruce again.

During one of the winter snowstorms, I couldn't get the garage door open to get the snowblower out because the springs had broken. I called All Type Garage Door expecting to leave a message and have someone come out in a day or two, but they came 20 minutes later, in driving snow to fix my doors. Awesome service all the way around.

Excellent, he arrived on time, he came ahead of time and told us what the cost would be, he described options. Everything he said he would do he followed through on 100%. He even advised us on an issue we could have with our garage door motor in the future due to age. He offered options on how he could fix the issue.

Bruce came the next day after the spring broke. He arrived on time and completed the work with in 90 mins.

It went excellent. They have great customer service when it comes to pricing, time, and their word. They are very professional and honest.

Bruce came to give the estimate within a few days.  He had to special order the panels since they were not standard width.  They came when he estimated and he was out there to replace them on time. Everything went smoothly and I am very happy with their appearance.  He also saved me hundreds of dollars by replacing the panels instead of the complete doors.

I needed a repair to the bottom panel of a garage door and really didn't want to replace the whole door (would also require replacing second door to match). Bruce responded quickly, didn't pressure me into replacing the whole door and did a great job at a reasonable price. I will definitely call him back when I'm ready to replace the doors.

I called Bruce about 8:30 a.m, he returned my call at 9:49.  He got here right away, and the garage door was fixes by 10:40!   He was courteous, professional, and did a great job!  I highly recommend him!

One of my garage doors stopped working. The plastic gears inside had worn out. I left a message for Bruce after 5 PM one night and he called me the next morning by 8. He came over within the next 15 minutes, where he replaced the motor head (extras of which he carries with him on the truck). All of which was completed within an hour of when he returned my call. Excellent responsiveness. I would highly recommmend.

Called in am, returned call promptly and came & did work within 3 hours.

Had good attention to detail when quoting the job. Noticed that the door opening was not standard and two garage door panel would need to be special ordered to make the odd sized panels visually go unnoticed. Refused any downpayment, only accepted payment when work was completed.

Bruce answered my call on the first try. He was professional and explained the possible outcome of his call and the price. We made an appointment, he called the evening before to verify the appointment and arrived promptly. He performed the work, explained all that he did to my understanding and satisfaction. He also explained what I may encounter in the future based on the age and quality of the door and motor.

Bruce was courteous, professional and punctual. He usually answers his own phone and will come out to your house in a timely manner. I only needed a new garage door opener but if I needed new garage doors, I would call Bruce.
