They were A's all around. They were great.

They were amazing.  They are very professional and respectful, two things that really impressed me....they leave fans to accelerate your carpet drying and they "rake" the carpet.  so the pile is fluffed so to speak.  All i know is my carpets looked new and i have never had a cleaning service provide these things before.  We signed up for their maintenance plan which provides a discount.  That could not have been any more low pressure, i asked for it.

I have used them in the past and they have always been excellent. The prices are also very fair. They are extremely friendly and have a commitment to great service.

We've been using All American Carpet for ten (10) years. They are a delight to work with. They are courteous, professional, punctual. They always respect our property and furnishings as they go about their work. The carpeting is always clean and fresh when they're done. We find their service rates very reasonable. We are completely satisfied with All American Carpet and Upholstery Care! We plan on bringing them back again this spring.

So far so good- using them for the third time, this is the biggest water disaster yet.

Workmen arrived promptly, executed the cleaning efficiently. Carpet protectors were placed under the feet of furniture. Fans were turned on and doors/windows opened to facilitate drying the rugs. The workmen cleaned up after themselves.
