It's good, I've been with them for 3 years. If there are any problems, you just call the 800 number and they come out fast. The quality of the service is good and we rarely lose service.

We have a family plan with them. Once we started, we stuck with them. They have pretty good reception. I think it's gotten better as I am not waiting as long. It seems easier to buy a phone than to get service on your phone. The last time wasn't as bad as I have previously remembered it. I will continue using them unless I run into a problem.
