After speaking with technician servicing my boiler was told to expect a call from the owner. Never received a response to this request nor did I receive responses to the various messages left subsequent to the initial conversation with the technician.

Polite, professional and punctual.  I was referred to them by a friend who also lives in the area.  I then referred my mom to them.  Highly recommend.  I also love that they are owned and operated my veterans!

Both of the technicians were terrific.  Did thorough inspections and cleanings of hot water tank, heat pump, and inspection of venting in crawl space.  And even beyond that, they took a look at a oven hood vent that could have had a blockage at no additional charge.

Our air conditioning system was not cooling our house. Chris came right away and figured out that the outdoor fan motor and our TXV were not functioning and needed to be replaced. Since it was a hot week, he loaned out a portable air conditioner for us to use. He returned on a Saturday with the parts and had us up and running that day. He even came back a few days later just to make sure everything was functioning properly.
Chris is knowledgable, eager and trustworthy. I would recommend him highly!

Tru North is dedicated to quality and customer service. We had a thoroughly complete and clean install and then some. Little things like a custom made cover for the furnace filter fabricated at no extra cost is what will keep us as a future customer.

I woke up to a frozen bedroom on one of the coldest days of the year. As luck would have it, my heat pump was broken and the temperature of the house was dropping quickly. After calling my insurance company, Tru North was dispatched. Chris got right to work diagnosing the problem, and after haggling with the insurance company for coverage, I only paid $75 out of pocket for the repairs.
This may be standard for many HVAC companies, however I doubt few of them have the skill, experience, and professionalism that Chris brings to the table. Not only was he polite and concerned with tracking mud through the house (he covered his shoes), he also gave me a part off his truck and helped to fix my refrigerator! After chatting a bit, I learned that he was a civilian contractor in Iraq after spending 10+years in the Air Force, so it's safe to say he's seen it all with respect to HVAC jobs.
I also learned that many times, repairs such as mine lead to major rip-offs of unsuspecting and desperate clients. Though he could have done a more costly repair (that the insurance company probably would have paid for), Chris chose not to knowing the repair would speed up the unit's useful life, causing it undue stress and therefore early death. I really appreciated knowing that someone was looking out for me, which was smart on his part because when the unit eventually dies he will definitely be getting my business for the big job.
If you care about your HVAC system and want someone who will take the time to explain the hows and whys of a problem, call Chris. If you value honesty, integrity, loyalty, and intelligence, call Chris. If you value not having to shower in a 50 degree bathroom or sleep in a 90 degree bedroom , call Chris.
