This company is completely unprofessional. Frank, the owner denied all accountability for their service. Paid $150 for a repair check, price for repairs was $1600 which I was willing to pay. ignored my calls & texts for 2 weeks. Finally came out after multiple attempts & did not have the correct parts to complete the job. Excuse after excuse & finally told me the reviews are probably inaccurate and we are not a good fit. Refused to refund me the $150 after their terrible service.

John did a GREAT job. He kept a simple problem simple and fixed it in a matter of an hour. I'm a happy guy, thanks spa guys!

I called Frank on Wednesday, he was at my home that Saturday. He spent 2.5 hours cleaning and sanitizing my hot tub. Gave me excellent suggestions. The hot tub was literally sparkling when he left. Happy I found him!!

Excellent communication regarding arrival time adjustments. Was able to diagnose the problem and offered multiple solutions.

I hired them to update my electrical panel and run power for my hot tub they did a great job even with my 3 kids harassing them during the install. I would say great service and quality I hope I never need electrical work done again bit if I do I know who I will be using

Had a one off project (Finnish sauna with little instructions for the heater), they were great and patient throughout the process.

Frank and John are super friendly, they explained various options clearly, and they did a great job in a short space of time! I called them Thursday and they got me an estimate on Friday and the work was completed on Saturday! I have worked in customer service for forty years, so I know great customer service! I recommend them for any hot tub services you may require!

Incredibly patient, kind, prompt, communicative and professional. I have an autistic son who was hovering a bit as the work was being done and Frank and his assistant John were not put off by him. They are experts with what they do and were very thorough and efficient. They have been so busy with the surge in hot tub business due to Stacations for the summer (Covid). They knew we needed this hooked up and ready for a party the next day so they came after a full day of work and rain and heat and arrived at 7:30 pm to complete the work by 10:00pm and then go over all the bells and whistles of the hot tub operation. This is our first hot tub and it is quite an investment for us. Frank and John were excited to show us everything about this hot tub ... even though it s something they go through everyday, multiple times a day... they did this with enthusiasm and kindness. Love these guys! Highly recommend!!!
