 + -1 moreCleaning was incomplete and not as promised. For instance, on their first trip to the house for the "big" cleaning, they promised to get everything. They didn't. Obviously dirty baseboards were untouched and there were cobwebs remaining in several areas. On the second trip out, it got creepy. They threw away items from our shower (not completely empty shampoo bottles for example) and went through our daughter's makeup. In addition on the second trip, they also cleaned sloppily. We contacted the company after the first cleaning and were promised that all would be taken care of on the second cleaning. It wasn't. After the third cleaning, and the problems still not resolved, we cancelled their service.

 + -1 moreThe Maids do a great job. It is a team of people that come out and they are there for about an hour and a half. Also, if they ever have extra people or extra time, they will offer to come out and do extra cleaning for no charge. The owner or manager always calls me once a week to check on everything. We used to use them Monday mornings but had to change the schedule and that very next week they had our time moved. They are very flexible and easy to work with.
Description of Work: I use The Maids weekly to clean my home.
