I have worked with Schmidt Construction for 27 years, both for my business and home renovations. Their work is always high quality and fairly priced. Scott and Nick are very professional, skilled and hardworking. My last experience with Schmidt Construction included 2 remodeled bathrooms. One bathroom was made accessible for a senior citizen - included walk-in marble shower with built-in seat and new non-skid tile flooring. Being highly skilled in accessible modifications, I would not have hired anyone else for the job. Both bathrooms are beautiful! They are the only contractors I will use or recommend!

We met Scott and Nick through a recommendation from a neighbor who hired them in the past, as we were in the market for a complete master bath remodel and new kitchen installation. Scott and Nick were always on time, flexible, creative, trust worthy, honest, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Quality of work and attention to detail are exceptional. Schmidt construction installed a bathroom in an area that was a small closet. They created something from nothing, changing my closet into a jewel of a bathroom. They walked me through the process and included me in decisions, made changes upon request with no problem. I am so happy with my bathroom and have many many compliments on how the final product turned out. Thank you Schmidt construction. Scott and Nick have done a lot of work for me. We've been remodeling for the past 14 months, and they are my go to guys. They are the best of the best and are very dependable. They are very accommodating. They're very reasonable on price. They clean up really well. I have nothing bad to say about them. They will always be renovating for me.
