I was very pleaed with Rollie's service. I contacted him because I thought I had a leak in my roof. Rollie returned my phone call and an appointment was set for 9/11. Rollie called me when he was five minutes away for my home on Sat. When he arrived he showed me where the caulking had deteriorated on the two windows in the back of my home which could be responsible for my ceiling leak. Rollie said he thought he had some brown caulking in his truck which he would apply around the windows and also examine my roof. He asked me to check the area the next time it rained and to let him know if I had any water leakage. Rollie was very professional and eager to give excellent customer service. I would definitely contact him again.

The entire experience was wonderful. The written estimate was submitted in a timely manner. The work was excellent. The entire crew was friendly and neat and completely cleaned the area at the end of each day. Rollie was professional and delightful to work with. He returned phone calls promptly, showed up on time, and explained each step of what he was doing. Because we had a leak in the bedroom that we believed was caused by the damaged siding, Rollie worked extremely hard to find and correct the problem. In addition, he found and repaired several problems with flashing and the roof that were not part of the original estimate. On a particularly rainy evening after the work was completed, Rollie even took time to call and see how things were. Amazing!
