Excellent job from start to finish. Pete is the kind of contractor that you want working in your home. He is knowledgeable and meticulous. He's easy to work with and does great work. This is the second job that he has done for us and I'll use him again and again.

Pete was very easy to work with, and very good communicating dates and times with us. His work was excellent and he let us know exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He tried very hard to make the least amount of holes in the ceiling to run the wiring. In fact he only made four 5 holes in the actual ceiling where all the lights would be placed. It probably took a bit longer for him, but he thought that was best. We were home while he was doing the work with our two children, and you wouldn't have even know he was there except for him going in and out to his truck.

Pete did an excellent job! He responded to my voicemail that day and kept in touch regarding his schedule and availability. I was most impressed with his constant communication. When it came time to doing the work, he took time to ensure it was done properly, making sure my mirrors were centered and level, as well as my TV mount. And I love a contractor that comes with his own vacuum to clean up afterwards! Overall, excellent communication, excellent promptness and excellent work.

We asked Pete to come give us an estimate to replace our wooden front porch railings. He came out quickly and gave us a price, recommending PVC with aluminum instead of wood. He talked us through the advantages of each, and when we got his quote we thought his price was very reasonable, and liked how he gave us a few different style options. Once he started to tear down our existing railings, he noticed that our support beams were starting to rot, and recommended that they also be replaced. He quickly put together another quote, again with two different style options, and gave us a lot of detailed information on each. The end result looks really great, Pete was very pleasant and professional, and also very patient with us while he walked us through all of our various options. We have a couple of other projects that we are thinking about having him tackle next year - highly recommended!

Very good. After finding Pete on Angie's List, I emailed him and got a quick response. Pete came out to evaluate what exactly had to be done. Via email we agreed on a date and price. Pete came out on a Saturday and had the job done in 2.5 hours despite a few complications (old house / old wiring, plus a thermostat turned out to be malfunctioning (which I did not know)). All in all, only 13 days elapsed between my first email to Pete and the job done. Professional, friendly service - I will definitely contact him again for a next project !

Pete was outstanding, start to finish. His craftsmanship was the best I've seen, and he went above and beyond in every aspect of his work. He communicated well regarding his intentions, brought me out to make decisions as needed and just did an all out great job. Very happy with how the door came out! Opens and closes great, lock lines up perfect, and all of the finish carpentry work looks perfect. I don't think you could find a better carpenter! His work ethic is outstanding and he gets the job done. He wouldn't even come inside to eat his lunch in the air conditioning when the temps were in the 80s and 90s! Wanted to make sure he got the job done and ate and worked. Right on budget, no surprises. You just don't find workers like Pete any more. Highly recommended!

Pete was great from start to finish. He showed up on time for the initial estimate and answered all my questions about the repairs needed. He's very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He showed up on time to do the work, and when he ran into any problems he would keep my informed and knew how to work around them. The new door and and the framing around the garage door look fantastic.

Pete is an excellent craftsman who pays attention to the details to ensure satisfaction. He corrected any issues with the existing walls, installed lots of insulation, and made sure that both doors worked correctly. Each day Pete cleaned the area and organized his work area so as not to interfere with our daily lives. Pete would actively seek my input in key areas to make sure I was happy with the final results. I am very happy with the function and appearance of the doors and trim. Thanks Pete for all your hard work!

Pete was extremely professional, courteous, prompt with communication, and his work is excellent. Pete's attention to detail is excellent, and he was always following up and showing us the work that was completed for the day and wanted to ensure that we were pleased with the work. We needed new drywall installed around our master bath soaking tub area, and then we wanted new wall tile installed around the area. Pete came over, we discussed the project, he gave us a quote within a couple of days which was extremely reasonable, and we moved forward with the project. Pete kept in constant email and phone contact with us, always letting us know the status of the project. Great guy to work with, and we look forward to future home improvement projects with Pete! The shower was dripping from the shower head for a few weeks and had recently started to drip more often. I called Pete since he did such a fantastic job in December replacing faucets and lighting fixtures.
Pete picked up two valves and came by to do the work, however, the valves were not the correct one for my shower so we arranged for him to stop by again the next day. He managed to find the correct valve and install it. This was definitely not a quick or easy valve replacement in my 15 year old shower. Pete went above and beyond the call of duty and successfully replaced the valve.
I will certainly call Pete again when I have other work to be completed at my house.

Pete is a professional, that is to say he was an excellent communicator, always prompt and a skilled plumber. Pete was here two days. There was no mess when he left either day. He communicated how the work was going. His estimate was complete. I am extremely happy with the work that he competed. I have already scheduled him to return to do some additional work.

No task is too small/ complex for him - he takes great pride in everything he does and this is evident in the finished product. I had interviewed multiple contractors for the kitchen project and chosen Pete over others for his approach & candid responses - one of the best decisions I have been inspired to make. He is the quintessential professional and an honest person.

He made sure to place working mats to protect the floors and took care to vacuum all the dust out - he took care of our home as he would his own. He is very details oriented, makes sure to read all instructions and plans ahead on the activity before starting a job. He has the coolest gadgets and the latest & greatest in tools - he loves what he does. His work is top-notch.

Pete is extremely professional, meticulous, and efficient! He takes great pride in his work and responded to my requests
and questions. The entire process took about 4 weeks. During the demolition of the space, Pete took great care to minimize the dust and debris. He carefully removed some existing shelves in order to re-purpose them for storage in the
laundry area. He kept all trash/debris stored neatly in the garage and removed all debris.
Pete removed a wall with a built-in shelving unit and built a new entertainment/storage unit on a different wall of the basement to open the space. The unit included adjustable shelves, doors and angled end shelves. With an older home and uneven floors, Pete took extra care to make sure the unit was level and solidly built. He provided options for materials and described the cost difference and durability of each option.
Pete installed electric and lighting to improve the functionality of the space. The old space had little light (just a few lamps) and a few outlets. Pete installed canned lights in the ceiling with a dimmer switch. The space is bright and inviting now. The additional electrical outlets also help improve the use of the space.
Pete also installed a new door and storm door to one of the entrances to the basement. The old door and frame had some water damage from previous problems in the basement. The new door is solid!
I absolutely LOVE spending time in the basement now! It is a great space thanks to Pete's excellent work and attention to detail. I highly recommend Pete for different handyman projects. He has done other work at my home over the past year. I have always been impressed with his work!
