Paramount Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

Only once before had well with water needing treatment, in the 80's. New house with new systems. Older now, I am not as efficient at doing things on my own. Paramount's service was friendly, and thorough, explaining the system and its needs, leaving me with confidence. The charge was reasonable, and I was satisfied enough to sign a reasonable contract with them. Worries relieved.

They are really helpful and do very good work. Always on time and they usually get out very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

The folks at Paramount were great. It took a while to get things scheduled, but once we were on the books - the job progressed smoothly. I never really thought about hiring a plumber to remodel a bathroom, but it actually makes perfect sense. They did a great job and we have confidence that everything was installed properly and to code - looking forward to enjoying our new bathroom for a very long time. We were a little concerned that the woodwork would not turn out the way we envisioned, but again, Paramount did a great job with that and the bathroom looks amazing. The crew was very nice and respectful and cleaned up at the end of each day. As far as we are concerned, Paramount is our local plumber of choice.

Paramount always does an excellent job, I have used them since 2005 and they always are on time, diagnose/give estimate, complete work as promised and leave the area cleaner than what they found it. Their can-do attitude in both scheduling and completing results In a job done right the first time. They always use their expertise to recommend options for your consideration always able to answer your questions or concerns leading to the right solution the first time. I recommend 100%

I have used Paramount for multiple services and they have all been handled in a very professional manner.

They were very good and I was happy. They are good plumbers. They also did carpentry work which I was not very satisfied with. From the plumbing standpoint, I would highly recommend them. The guy who came out to do the plumbing work was outstanding. His knowledge on plumbing was tremendous. He gave me suggestions that were less expensive. He did everything I wanted and explained things. If I need any plumbing work, I would have him in a heart beat. I was not impressed with the other guy who did the drywall in the bathroom.

The service went well. The workers were fantastic and they left the area perfect. The job took a couple of hours.

I was having trouble hooking up my new dishwasher on a Saturday afternoon.  Paramount arrived within an hour of my call, and they were quickly able to get things up and running for a fair price.  Scott was very professional.

It went very well.  I continued to use them.  I think they have high price but it is definitely worth it.  They were on time and responsive. They were courteous and the work was done well so I continued to use them.

Plumber arrived on time and successfully completed work as outlined in proposal. Plumber was very helpful and made sure I was aware and comfortable with all aspects of work performed.

I gotta tell you that Paramount Plumbing's Scott K. is the BEST !!! He is pleasant, totally professional, thorough, resourceful, and clearly enjoys his work. We can't tell you how much it means to have both the humidifier and the steam generator back in working order. With my wife's asthma, the onset of colder weather is a really troubling issue. With these two tools back in order, winter is a lot less worrisome for us.
Once again, many thanks to Scott and the entire Paramount team. We have used them multiple times on various projects during our six-years of living here in East Bradford. Each and every time, Jay and his team have been prompt, professional and particularly important, resourceful and creative in identifying areas of possible future difficulty and preventing them from ever happening at all.

I highly highly recommend Paramount Plumbing. I needed a large plumbing job done, and I could not have been happier with the results. Everyone I encountered from the company was extremely kind and helpful, including Jay the owner. The cost was less expensive than other quotes I had received. A few weeks after the work I had a problem with rain water coming in through a crack where the old pipe was, and they promptly came back out to repair the crack and clean up the water.

The whole experience was amazing. When we began this process we called a number of different companies for estimates. Paramount was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and always showed up at the scheduled appointment time. Their estimate was very reasonable. They included a lot of items in the estimate that would be an extra cost with other companies. Tom asked a lot of questions and took pictures for the estimate and once we chose Paramount I was able to meet the other contractors that would be handling parts of the remodel (electrician and the tile guy). Jay who took care of the plumbing (also installed the water softener)was great to have working in the house. He was so friendly and would take time to answer all of my questions and explain what he was doing and why. Larry (the electrician) and his associate were very thorough when they came to determine where all the electrical items would be installed. They were working with a bare wall and had to take a lot of measurements to make sure the lights over the vanity would end up at the correct height as well as dealing with old wall switches and outlets that would no longer be needed. Ed and his son did all of the tile work and installation of the shower stall. These two guys were such a joy to have in my home. They were so personable and friendly. He would explain what they were doing and asked for my input about a number of things as well as making great suggestions when I was unsure about the placement of something. I cannot say enough good things about these two gentlemen. The entire experience with Paramount Plumbing was amazing. They were always on time and all of the contractors were very aware of keeping my house clean. They always laid down plenty of drop cloths (especially during the demolition) and cleaned up on a daily basis at the end of the work day. I was very comfortable with all of the gentleman being in the house with me. The work was completed about a week and a half later than what was expected but that was due to a delay in the delivery of the cabinetry. I have had a few issues with contractors in the past so I was concerned about choosing someone for this project, but everything with this job went very smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend Paramount Plumbing to anyone.

I called Paramount Plumbing to fix my water heater. They came out and cleaned the flume rods and unit however they had to call Noritz tech support to query the problem. I appreciated that they did that and then even indicated that there was a drop in flow and manifold pressures of the unit.
Later that night, we experienced the same problem with the unit (loss of heat during the shower) and I called Paramount. I was told they would come out again tomorrow but that I'd face another service fee and another approx. couple of hundred dollars of fees even though their website clearly states: "100 Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied, we will do the job again to your satisfaction for free!" And they are supposedly recommended by Noritz so they should've known what they were doing.  So that night, I called Noritz tech support directly and they pulled up the call log of Paramount's conversation earlier that day and said, "Paramount was told to get a digital manometer and check and adjust the manifold pressures" but according to the notes, "Paramount said they didn't have one so they didn't do it" - the Noritz tech then spent a half-hour with me on the phone walking me through how to adjust the flow rate which was also off (and told to the Paramount plumber apparently as well) - and eventually though we still had to have our manifold pressure adjusted -gave us full hot water during the length of the shower.
I called Paramount the next day to tell them what I found out and that thanks to my 30 minute conversation with the Noritz guy, I, at least, had hot water which was something Paramount didn't give me after $259 and 2 hours, and I was told by the OWNER of Paramount, that "You couldn't possibly have fixed it, you are a woman!!!!!!" and then had the audacity to ask to speak to my husband. My recommendation is to stay away from this company at all costs!

Good job but they use cheap parts and only partially followed diagram for how I wanted equipment installed.

Paramount is located within a mile of so of our home, and when I called they were on the spot in about 30 minutes. Mike the plumber, was cordial, informative and expert at his work. Excellent service and top notch workmanship.

They did a very good job. They were clean, on time and professional. However, they were very expensive.

Paramount had to come out multiple times to get the right answers from the water company and my community manager. They were so awesome - always responsive and on time. They diagnosed the issue and went out of their way to make calls to influence the water company and community to fix more quickly. I will definitely use again. Best experience with a service provider, in all fields, that I've ever had.

They came and did a thorough job. They gave me some recommendation. They came out, as I recall, relatively quick.

Mike came out a week earlier to provide an estimate to replace our leaking water heater with a tankless unit, he provided the estimate before he left. We selected a high efficiency Navien unit with a recirculation capability (piping to be installed later if desired). They ended up about $700 less than a competing bid. I called on a Tuesday to award them the job and they were out on Thursday. Mike and Jay showed up right on time and went to work removing the old units and installing the new tankless system. It took about 4 1/2 hours. They left the work area cleaner than when they started. The unit works great and is much quieter than the old power vent units we had.
