Brent and his crew did an excellent job. They made a difficult task look easy. It was well worth the money/investment to hire Mr. Hauler. I would highly recommend this company for junk removal.

Brent answered his phone, delivered the dumpster the next morning about 15 minutes before he said he would, put it where I wanted it, picked it up when he said he would (next day). He protected the driveway with plywood. The dumpster was a walk-in. That’s a very good feature, which enabled me to load it myself and make the most of the space. The rental cost was somewhat less than the going rate ($380 vs. $450). Brent was very personable, and he explained the terms of the rental clearly. Really good experience!

Brent came in and cleared basement and garage, moved all items up the stairs from basement for family to sort thru, unbelievable job!!

Best customer service and responsiveness I've seen. We are older so he put 2 heavier bags in dumpster for us. He also blew leaves off driveway for easier access of his dumpster. What a gem. One in a million. We had 4 dumpsters over 3 months and service was exceptional each time!

The movers had already been to my house and he went through the entire house, including the basement, and took anything that was left. He also helps me decided, previously, what to take and what not to take. He was terrific! He is a very nice, intelligent person who is pleasant to work with.

I have utilized his services (3) times...he has a great attitude. Shows up on time and is always fair..

I can't say enough good things about this company. This is the second time I have used Mr. Hauler and plan to use them again in the next few weeks. I called Brent on a Thursday to request a dumpster so we could remove an old shed from Our yard and he had the dumpster delivered by Saturday. He even remembered us from over a year ago! The service is always excellent with this company. They are responsive, courteous, and efficient. the pricing is more than fair. Brent and his partner were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They arrived on time, were very pleasant and helpful, and very well-organized. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

We live at the end of a long, windy, single lane road. Brent backed up to drop off and pick up the dumpsters -/ a feat in itself. He answered every call promptly even on Sunday. Was totally responsive to my timing. An absolute delight to work with!

We called Monday morning, he said he could do it Tuesday or possibly Monday afternoon - he called when he was done earlier with a job that same day than he expected and he came over and we loaded the junk and that was it. Totally responsive, got the job done and was a really nice guy to deal with. Would not hesitate to recommend.
