Overall excellent. After being burned by a contractor that did not know what he was doing. bob Meanix came to my house and explained to me what was wrong, and how to correct it. Subsequently, I fired the prior contractor and hired Meanix Construction Company to redo the installation of the fiber cement board. Meanix showed up promptly early in the morning and dropped off supplies, and set up equipment. It took 3 and a half days to remove the improperly installed siding from the prior contractor, and install new fiber cement board.The job was done quickly, with little to no involvement from me, and looks great. I really got my value and high quality from Meanix. while Meanix was installing the siding, other contractor painters damaged my aluminum soffit on my deck. Meanix gave me an excellent price to replace the damaged soffit, and completed the work in 2 days.I have used many contractors over the past 20 years and have found few that do quality work. Meanix does excellent work at a reasonable price. You do get what you pay for. With out a doubt in my mind Meanix Construction company is the highest quality contractor in Chester County.
