Robert and his wife are the owner-operators. All work is done by them personally. Robert returned my call promptly and asked all the typical questions: house size, work to be done, frequency... He arrived about 15 minutes early and respectfully waited in his truck until the appointed time (i had informed him that earlier was not better for me, because my husband would still be asleep). I took him through my house and showed him the areas I wanted cleaned, and I also explained the details of what I wanted done in each room. I showed him where the cleaning supplies are, and he shared with me information on a few products he prefers to use. He does not bring his own cleaning supplies, which is great for those who prefer to use natural products. He got started immediately and sought me out when he had questions. He is fast and thorough. Some people prefer a quick run through the whole house, while I prefer a floor to ceiling "getting as far as you can" deep cleaning. Robert typically works in 3 to 3.5 hour blocks. He charges $30 per hour. This price is a little less than I have paid others, but here is the biggest difference: He does NOT charge extra fees to clean light fixtures, vacuum furniture, clean ovens, refrigerators, microwaves... Everyone else I have had out here has killed me with all of the add-on fees! Robert has worked for my neighbor for close to 15 years, and he was highly recommended. I find him to be polite, friendly, reliable and trustworthy. He did an outstanding job on my house today - exactly how I wanted it done!
