I can't stress enough how comfortable I felt while IN LoweRiders and after leaving. I felt that my needs were taken seriously, that the staff was very competent and that they really WANTED to take care of me. I also felt completely welcome to come back at any time and I would expect the same friendly, prompt and wonderful service again. I got my bike home and took it for a little ride. AHHHHH, it worked great. No noise, smooth gear changes and the new seat height that Bob set for me felt much better! Thank you Andy and Bob for taking care of me - even though I'm a complete novice!
