Diagnosed problem and made necessary repairs. Joe presented himself as an experienced skilled professional who interacted with his clients in a courteous friendly manner. The work performed was done efficiently and there was no mess to clean up when the job was done. His fee was more than fair for the service provided.

He identify the problem and fixed it quickly. This was a problem that no one else could fix.

Both jobs completed in a timely and to complete satisfaction. Price was fare.

Contact providers via Angie's List on Sunday morning.  Provider called Sunday night and scheduled service for Monday morning.  Monday morning they showed up on time, diagnosed and repaired dryer in an hour's time.  Very satisfied.

Joe and his son were great. They were able to come out 1.5 days after I called which I considered very reasonable given it wasn't an emergency fix (dryer). Joe identified the issue with the dryer within 20 min and he and his son had it fixed within an hour. He also replaced the banged up exhaust ductwork, adjusted the smelly drain hose on my washing machine and gave me tips for keeping the washer running smoothly...all without my asking and free of charge. They were true professionals.  I'd gladly use them again although I hope I won't need to!

He had to special order the parts which delayed repairs for a few days, but he came out promptly when the parts arrived and replaced in a few minutes. Excellent work, no problems, good price.

Joe is very knowledgeable, he is very polite, honest, and he knows what he is doing.

After removing the element from the dryer they showed me the old burnt one. (which was reassuring).
As for the ovens: they explained that my problem is most likely the age of the units and that repairing the untis could be too costly.

We hired Joe Torrie and Son to install our new oven. They came recommended to us and were a local business, so I called them to confirm that our space could accommodate the new oven. I was so impressed with how nice and professional they were. This is a

He found that it no longer functioned. Joe quoted prices and gave us some alternative courses of action. He advised us to find out if it was still under any warranties. In fact it is and the warrantor must do the repairs. This fact meant that Joe could not do the repair work.He was,nevertheless, very understanding and courteous.It was a pleasure to do business with Joe Torrie. They arranged to have the air-conditioner delivered. It was another company on the 23rd and they came in and dropped the air-conditioner off and then the guy came in a few minutes later and did the installation. They are very professional. They definitely knew what he was talking about. It was a minimal fuss and bother. I can't recommend him highly enough. It is definitely worthwhile having him.

Scheduling was easy--left a voice mail and got a return call. The night before I received a call letting me know the time frame for the repair. Joe showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He didn't have the part on the truck, but went to get it locally and was back within an hour. Very pleasant, professional experience.

Dryer repair

We needed a new line to install the new washer and dryer in the basement. Joe came out to price the job. We scheduled a date. Joe arrive on time. He was personable, respectful and professional. The work he did over the two day job was excellent. He even went above and beyond with all the details. In the end he promised to be there when the delivery of the new washer and dryer arrived. He checked his work and all the connections after installation of the appliances to make sure there were no problems. He was very thorough and we were very happy with everything he did. He is very handy as well as he installed our new faucet. Great service.
