Carpet Installation
She cashed the check the next day. She would not return my phone calls or emails. I confronted her in person. She said she would cut a check for me the next day. She didn't send the check. To this day, I have yet to receive what I paid for or a refund for my check.
I filed a civil suit on her. This past Monday, the judgement was against her. She has 30 days to pay me back.
