I was able to call and arrange to bring the mirror in, and the service was completed within 15 minutes. Not a large job - but those are sometimes the most difficult to get someone's attention to work on! Very satisfied...

I wanted to accent several of my high end kitchen and bar cabinet doors with special glass inserts. Based on reviews on Angies List, I selected a company close to my home. After discussing options with Sandy, who runs the customer service section, I selected, from many samples, a beautiful etched glass. Sandy listened to what my needs were and guided me to an excellent choice. She obviously knows the glass business, including the entire installation process. Also she gave me some great advice regarding the type of glass to use. Work was done flawlessly and right on schedule. I was extremely pleased and would highly recommend this business.

Couldn't have gone any smoother! After reading the reviews on Angie's list, I made a call to Economy Glass. From my rough measurements, they were able to give me a ballpark price to start. They came out soon after to do an actual measurement, then set about manufacturing the insulated glass unit (with grid). We scheduled a date for installation a few weeks later and a two-man crew returned, scaffolding and all. After moving the furniture aside, they disassembled the old unit from inside the house and out, replaced it with the new window, cleaned up, and they were on their way in a few hours. No evidence they had even been here. Quiet, clean, courteous, "measure-twice-cut-once" professionals. Very reasonable price for the product and work accomplished, too.

Russell and his assistant did an excellent and thoroughly professional job with very minimal fuss for us. They arrived right on the dot, and finished sooner than I expected them to. Considering it was a blustery and chill day, I was happy about this. They' ve worked in our townhouse complex before, so they are familiar with how our non-standard windows work. Efficient, quick but thorough. Neat and created no mess while they were working. They were even friendly to our dogs. The earlier estimate procedure also went well--knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient. They were our lowest estimate, but also left us feeling they would do the best no-nonsense work. (One of our estimates was $1000 higher, and said they would require renting scaffolding!) On the whole, this was one of the best experiences we've had with workmen.

We had another local company install several frameless glass shower doors in our home and had significant issues with that vendor (see C&R Glass review).  We phoned Economy Glass to come address our issues and from initial contact to final payment, things went very smoothly.  In fact, they discovered an issue far worse than we had them come out to address, that would have represented a significant safety risk.  What I particularly appreciated was the fact that they didn't try to take advantage of a bad situation to upsell me to death on hype.  They addressed precisely what was necessary to transition the installation to a safe and leak-proof result.
They are definitely not the least expensive vendor in this category, but I felt that their pricing was fair.  I wish I would have contacted them initially to do the job from start to finish.

The procss started with ordering new hinges.  When that didn't solve the problem, they had to make two new glass doors, guided by our measurments.  They did an excellent job at a reasonable price, and we were very pleased.

Our front door is made of safety glass and steel.  The glass was broken, shattered actually, one late Friday afternoon.  Economy Glass came right out on an emergency call, removed all the broken glass, then placed plywood in the empty door.  They ordered a new glass panel and installed it once it arrived.  Excellent job

They only took half an hour and it turned out perfect. They did a great job.

I was given a quote on the phone and the price after the estimator came was the same as the quote.    The company arrived on time to design and measure the enclosure.  The enclosure arrived and was installed when the owner said it was going to be. They cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend this company.

The team at Economy Glass is exceptional.  Tony came out quickly to measure the windows and fix the patio door.  A new lock had to be ordered and when it came in, they returned quickly to install the lock and new windows.  They always cleaned up after themselves which was appreciated.  Some days later  I noticed that 4 more windows were "cloudy" and again called Economy Glass.  Again, they came out promptly and the windows were measured.  They made an appointment to return and replace the glass but at the last minute i had to cancel and reschedule.  Even though they had loaded the glass onto the truck to keep the original appointment, they were cheerful and helpful when I had to change the date.  I am very happy with their service.
