Ted and his team, led by superintendent Pete Silva, did a stellar job in all aspects. All phases were planned in advance, the subs carefully chosen, and regular meetings kept us up to date on progress. Any issues or problems that came up were dealt with and solved. They cleaned the site daily and arranged all ordering and delivery. Their attention to detail was amazing - 100 year-old doors were reworked so they closed like new, cabinets made to match originals, etc. They also oversaw all the other subcontractors and HVAC people on site and coordinated the steps properly. If we had another remodel, or new construction home to build, we would never consider any other builder. Ted Trethewey and his team are simply the best in their field, hands down.
