This company was called during a water flooding crisis in our basement, a home we had just moved in just less than 2 weeks earlier. Caln Waterproofing was the first waterproofing provider I could get an actual service person on the phone directly unlike everyone else with answering machines and tellers. Ryan came to our home early the next morning and provided an analysis of where the water was coming from, and the ability to start within only a few days when everyone else we called asked us to send in money to get put on a "schedule" of 2-3 months. Ryan and his company are extremely hard working and finished the work before the 14 day agreement date. These guys worked 9 days straight (even through Saturday and Sunday) and we gave them the approval for unlimited work day hours and these guys pulled an average of 12 hours a day. They provided a very high grade metal sump pump, considered a standard for 20 year assurance. He left our basement dry and with an outstanding solution we are very confident will prevent future flooding. This company even went above and beyond with removing a ton of moving boxes and debris that was in a storage area of the basement that was damaged by the water. They also lifted and removed damaged carpeting and padding. They cleaned up properly after their work and again, we are more than satisfied with Caln Waterproofing fix of our crisis. Seriously hard working service provider and we will be working with this company more in the future to add recommended fail-safe provisions (like battery and 2nd unit) to the sump pump system. This company offers a foundation life warranty on the system which is really great.

Ryan and his crew were great! They worked their hearts out, bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied! They did things such as backfilling the window wells so I wouldn't have to do it later. They were careful to keep the worksite clean which is challenging considering the work they did which was both on the inside and outside of our home. Highly recommend!
