+ -1 morePROMISED WORK ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON...NO SHOW. RESCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...SAID TRUCK BROKE DOWN AND GAVE ME HIS''WORD AND PROMISE'' THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE AT SITE ON THURSDAY BEFORE 11:00AM. WHEN NO ONE SHOWED, I CALLED OFFICE AT 11:00 AND SPOKE TO RICHARD. CONVENIENTLY, I WAS DISCONNECTED. WHEN I CALLED BACK I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES AND THEN DISCONNECTED AGAIN. WHEN I CALLED A THIRD TIME, I SPOKE TO A WOMAN WHO STATED THAT RICHARD WAS UNAVAILABLE. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, WAS ONCE AGAIN PUT ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES, THEN I HUNG UP.
Description of Work: WANTED A CHANDELIER REPLACED AND NEW ONE INSTALLED.
