Mike met with us several times to get our ideas together. He was accommodating to our work schedule and followed up with design and sample tiles. The company did well to protect our hardwood floors and took responsibility for mistakes that came from construction. We were also glad that they came back to do some follow up work even though the one year warranty on labor had expired.
