Very sloppy work and Terrible, Terrible customer service.

Horrible. They waited weeks to get back to us, it was a simple roof repair so it was not important to them. Once they completed the job, it was horrible. Shingles did not match what so ever, and the job was very bad. There customer service was awful as well, the women behind the desk was very rude and when it came to payment, she made the most in appropriate comments on the back of our check which happened to be a mistake. I WILL never use them again and will tell everyone I know not to use them!!!!!!!

The company was responsive to my phone call.  They set up an appointment for 2-3 days after I called.  It ended up raining that day, so they couldn't do the work.  But, they called and let me know they wouldn't be there and rescheduled the appointment.  ****, the owner and the one who does the work, showed up on time.  He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the hour.  He charged us $40.  And, when I mentioned our gutters were coming unattached in two places, he reattached them at no charge.  Our leak is now gone (with all this rain it has been tested).  Nice guy.  Good work.  Unbelievable price.

At first the roof looked good, but just a few years later, we started to have problems.  Now we have constant problems with the roof since then.  They never properly finished the job on the roof. They never finished securing the roof to the side of the stone house, and now it leaks between the house and the breezeway, and the wood is rotted underneath.  We have had other roofers look at it, and they said that the roof was not properly put on, so now we will have to have it redone.  I would not use Dover Roofing for any rubber roofs.

The job from start to finish went very well.  It took 2 days to complete.  The crew was very professional and courteous.  No loud music was being played.  The site foreman would always ask my permission before they did something.  When they were done they did a very thorough job cleaning up the yard of any roofing debris.

This is a family business that has been in the family since 1980.  Jimmy is the owner and was very helpful and responsive to our calls.  His mother handles the finances and I assume other administrative duties.  It was a positive experience and me and my wife would definitely recommend Dover Roofing to others.  They have replaced several roofs in our neighborhood over the past several years.
