Prepping our house for sale: Campisi Lawn Service came highly recommended. Our front and back yard needed lots of work to make it presentable for potential buyers; we just didn't have time, energy or the tools to accomplish everything on our own for the 1/4 acre lot. Russ and Joan Campisi provided outstanding landscaping services for this job. They met with us to go over job in detail and made recommendations on what we could do to spruce up curb appeal. For a two person operation, they came in and in one day kicked butt and completed the job start to finish. I figured it was a 2 day job. They also cleaned up extremely well and hauled away all the yard waste. The yard was looking the best it ever has in probably 5-10 years. Russ even told me how to fix the bare spots on the lawn. As a part of weed removal Russ whacked out some of our flowers. When I asked about what happen to those, Russ apologized for the confusion and came back and planted a dozen or so more flowers at no cost in the newly mulched flower beds. It looks picture perfect. Bottom Line - couldn?t ask for better service. Extremely happy camper, having them coming out to quote more work for our new house when we and they have time. 1. They come see the site and quote every job so you know what you are getting. 2. They require 50% up front and final payment upon satisfaction; you must be satisfied or they fix it before they take final payment. 3. Not cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for ? quality, customer service and a job done right the first time. 4. They are a two man (WO+MAN) operation so their schedule is tight and schedule weeks out ? this may detract you if you need things done now & don?t want to wait. Of course better contractors are more busy?.
