Fantastic! I could not believe how clean they got my carpets and furniture! I thought they were practically ready for replacement--I just wanted to stretch their life a little bit because they smelled of our two dogs. But both carpets and furniture came out GREAT! They even got out a years-old carpet stain--I couldn't believe it. I was amazed. They reported that I have at least several more years' worth of life out of my carpets, if not more. They were polite, professional, prompt, and effective! I have hired other carpet cleaners in the past, and Nave's was superior in every way.

Fantastic price and service! All the carpeting in my home was cleaned beautifully. As Jerry promised, the carpets came out brighter, and every spot and stain was gone. He cleaned the wall -to wall carpet, and two oriental rugs, as well. Jerry even rearranged his schedule to accommodate my need for quick service, as out-of-town company was visiting. Jerry was extremely professional, asking detailed questions, and providing much information about the process, and the techniques used. He even reminded me to make sure my cat was safe and secure, and not likely to escape during the process, as the door needed to be open a few inches for the hoses running from the truck mounted equipment. Jerry has followed up after the service to make sure I was happy with his work - and I certainly am, and will use Nave's again.

They did a great job, on tile and carpet.

I am extremely pleased with the work performed by Naves Cleaning.  They arrived on time and got down to business.  My hardwood floors look beautiful and shiny, carpets clean and fresh and furniture looks brand new. I found out that they clean and polish granite countertops and will be having them back for that.  I highly recommend them to get your house looking brand new.

Jerry and his partner did a great job thoroughly cleaning our huge chenille covered sectional, an area of 100% wool w-to-w carpeting and two area rugs. I particularly liked that they were not a one-approach kind of service - since we had a variety of natural and synthetic fabrics to clean and shrinkage was a concern. He assessed everything and chose accordingly and everything came out great. I thought his price was really fair for the amount of time it took and they arrived and finished exactly as they'd suggested. I'll be calling again next year! 

Nave's has cleaned our carpets almost every year for 15 years, and sometimes twice in the same year. They have also cleaned a sofa and chair, our vinyl kitchen floor and a tile kitchen floor. They have always done a great job for us. They are very professional, hard-working, and thorough. Because of the great job that they do, we still have original carpets in our 19 year old home. We would highly recommend them.

Everything turned out great! Was able to remove dirt and marks that I hadn't expected to come out! What really saved the day was how fast a turn around they provided on short notice. Will absolutely use again in the future!
