Service was horrible. The wrong product was delivered. When I kindly called to say it was incorrect, the blame was placed on me. A truck came to collect the incorrect stone finally (which my fiance needed to load into the truck). I called the next day to request a refund and was told that they do not give refunds. The owner called me back and was extremely rude. If I could attach the voicemail that was left on my phone, it would make you cringe with how disrespectful and rude an owner of a business would speak to a customer that he's had for years. He told me that it was my fault the wrong stone was delivered and that I would only be getting half of my money back since they had to come pick up the stone. I will never return nor will any of my friends or family. I could not recommend this place any less. They will take your money and hang up the phone (literally). Please save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.

"Monty's Mulch did not conduct business with the person who wrote this review and it is a false review because the product that was ordered was delivered exactly on time, and the money was refunded when requested. No blame was ever placed on the writer of this review because the order was placed by another person, the homeowner, whom had never visited the business and did not know what the stone looked like before he ordered it. This reviewer is NOT and has NEVER been a customer of Monty's Mulch and did not speak with anyone at the business when the order was placed. The homeowner also acknowledged that he did not know what the stone was prior to ordering it, and had not seen it before it was delivered to his residence. The stone that he ordered was the exact same stone that was delivered. The homeowner called us back after the delivery and he stated that if we sent a truck back to get it, he would shovel it back on the truck because it was not what his girlfriend wanted. We sent a truck with a driver who assisted the homeowner with putting the stone back on the truck. Our policy is to give store credit, which we offered but the girlfriend demanded a refund. Because we had time and inconvenience involved in this transaction, we refunded all the money except $20 which was applied to fuel charges and driver compensation. The customer was satisfied but the girlfriend wasn't and she came to our place of business using foul language and physically assaulted one of the owners by reaching into the office window and grabbing her hand while money was being counted. The reviewer was demanding "her" money back and stating that what is his, is hers! She didn't seem to want to wait for it to be counted and was trying to grab all money out of the owner's hand by grabbing over the counter. The refund was returned to the gentleman who placed the order. In over 25 years of business we have never had such an incident and we have hundreds of satisfied, loyal customers! Wonderful. i called and left a message . I was called back in 15 minutes , placed my order , requested my delivery date and time and like clockwork my much was in my driveway!
