Awful, the flowers were half dead. When I called 5/28 to register my complaint the response I got from the manager was "what can we do now? " as if I called too late to do anything about it. Would they have delivered fresh flowers if I called during the funeral? Very disappointed. Anyone know how I can contact FTD or whoever they are affiliated with to register a complaint?
