My air conditioning unit Coil went bad after 4 years. I was within warranty and I was told they orders the part. The mechanic said that I can call and schedule a apt in early spring since we were in the middle of winter. I called early spring and they say that they won't honor the warranty now. They dont have the part. That they "didn't care" I called back and spoke to the owner. He said he would call me back and see what they can do. That was 3 weeks ago, I havent heard back after numerous messages. I went with a another company who went above and beyond. And also charged over $500 less then douglassville mechanical quote.

They were exceptional. These guys are great, they are responsive, and I have been using them for two years. They have mostly been keeping it clean. We did have a small issue with our air conditioner. They are great to deal with. They are small; they have three people. We call their cell phone and they call back within an hour. If it is an emergency, they come right away, if not they will schedule an appointment. They do not have an office or secretaries. I just call and talk to the guy that is going to do the work. They are a little pricey, but high quality.
