He was great. I dealt with him over the phone for the last year. He sends me bills and I send him checks. There have been no proiblems, and he is really good.

Overall, everything went well with no issues or complaints in any category.

David Hyers is fantastic! He was prompt to return my call and schedule an appointment. He inspected the infested areas and scheduled a time for spraying. He was very professional and did a wonderful job. His prices were fair, and his estimate was very close to the actual price. David is truly an expert in his field. We will be using him again for any further pest problems.

I called several places to get estimates, and was by far the most comfortable with Mr. Hyers. He answered all my questions. The others could not or would not give me a clear answer, when I asked what happened to a yearly contract, if we were unsatisfied (very long rehearsed answer that said nothing). One place I talked with, also charged an initial fee on top of the quarterly fee. Mr. Hyers was also able to help me with our concern about deer ticks in our back yard. It does not solve the problem completely, but we did have him spray a wooded section of our back yard, that the deer love. I am very satisfied with the job he did, and much more comfortable with him, than the other companies I considered.

He explained what needed to be done and what to watch for. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to be a decent and honest person. He did not try to talk us into anything we did not need. He was very prompt, I called two days ago and he came today.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. HE WAS ON TIME, DEPENDABLE, AND A RESPECTABLE INDIVIDUAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN. HE KNOWS HIS BUSINESS WELL AND IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE COMPLETED THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANOR.

A few years ago we found termites. We hired Dave Hyers recommended by a friend and he put in termite system for half the price of other companies. We have hired him every year to come back to inspect. We also had a groundhog and Dave let us use his trap at no cost.
