THEIR ESTIMATOR PACKED UP AND ABRUPTLY LEFT while my husband and I were discussing options; I asked Phil Conte a question; he didn't respond and again, he abruptly left and did not finish the estimate. It should be noted, he did not have any sketch pads or anything to draw a sketch of the fence design; he was here once and it took him THREE WEEKS to come out to measure. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

VERY POOR SERVICE INITIALLY. NEVER RETURNED PHONE CALLS. EVENTUALLY REPAIRED FENCE AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS. ENDED UP BEING WELL DONE THANKS TO NEW OWNER.
