These guys were recommended to us by the guy who plows our driveway. They came right over and discussed what needed to be done with us. They couldn't get up on the metal roof, but did pull some snow down from it with a roof rake. Then they got up on the top level of our roof and shoveled off the snow, throwing it out to the side (and away from our generator) so it didn't add to the load on the metal roof. They also cleared off a roof on the east side of our house where a big ice dam had formed. They did an excellent job, were professional and friendly. They made some suggestions for handling snow on the roof in the future, and we told them we will be calling on them again later in the year to discuss some roofing work we want to have done. Good guys, good job, and a good price.
