John was nice and gave fair price. However he left my crawlspace access wide open and denied doing so. My pipes froze and I had to pay a plumber which I asked him to take care of and he didn?t reply. Also mysteriously after completing the Job I lost power to my bedroom sub panel and the screws to just that breaker were loosened all the way. Can?t prove it was to have another call but sure seems fishy. I would have kept using him in the future and recommended him to my real estate clients but the lack of attention to the door after the hob and not fixing the situation lost my business and that of others going forward. Sad cause as I said, nice guy.

"I am truly sorry that this happened to Jesse but we absolutely took care of closing the door. Also the other electrician he called was a friend of mine and told me that the wires were lose in a subpanel that Jesse knows we never touched. I accept blame when it is deserved but my guy and myself had a conversation about if there was a lock on the door when we latched the wood latch up top and closed the metal one under it. Once again I am sorry that happened but it was not our fault!"

He was able to come right away, and did what I needed to get done. My only slight problem was in getting a receipt, which had to be shown to the new buyers of my house. After a couple of reminders, he got me the receipt. I highly recommend this service.
