This company will try to squeeze every penny out of you. I am only out at my vacation house in New Jersey on weekends during the summer so I don't use a lot of propane. I tried to make it worth while for them to deliver propane tanks by never ordering less than 2 tanks at a time. When I didn't order one year, they charging me a "rental fee" which I paid, so I decided to stop the service and return the 4 tanks that I had. 2 were empty, one was completely full, and the other was half full. They retrieved the tanks on June 28, 2019 and I had to call them more than once for my refund. First they said they don't refund on the 100 gallon tanks. Then after speaking with Jim, a manager, they charged me $.75 per gallon to empty the tanks. I paid $144 per tank and they only refunded me $65.70 for a tank and a half and I finally received the check on Sept. 7, 2019, only, over 2 months later. The manager I spoke with, Jim, was rude and condescending. All he could say to me was that "it's in your contract". Totally unfair and unprofessional. If you need propane or natural gas, I'd advise you to find some other company. Highway robbery is being nice.
