Mr. Schneider had designed and rebuilt a sunroom for us in the past. We were very pleased and get many compliments on the room.
When we needed a new roof we asked if he would do the job. He responded in a timely manner and the roof was completed promptly despite hot and showery weather. During the job the area was kept as neat as I remember his work from before. .
During this time I also needed help in my kitchen to give me room to fit in a new refrigerator. Although it was a difficult, time consuming job, he removed and adjusted cabinets to allow room for the new appliance.
Tom is professional knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Over the years KTS has done several projects on 2 different properties that I own. Tom has always been prompt, professional and pays attention to detail. He treated small projects with the same level of importance as the larger ones. All of the projects progressed quickly with little disruption to our household. I will continue to use KTS Construction for all of my work and highly recommend them.
