We had an excellent experience. Unlike friends who used other builders and had bad experiences, we found the allowances in the contract to be reasonable. It was evident throughout the process that everyone engaged with Jim Miller Builder enjoys what they do and takes pride in building "homes," not just houses. They were very responsive to questions throughout the entire build. They finished both homes on schedule. The owner has a strong code of ethics and we learned to always trust his word. The subcontractors they engage were equally great to work with and almost made choosing lights, appliances, fixtures, etc. fun. We were very pleased with both homes-the attention to detail and the quality of the workmanship are evident. We would, without any reservation, recommend this builder.
