They get me in immediately and when I needed to. The vet is very friendly, takes the time and doesn't just rush you in and out. They ask questions and while you're there, they're not just treating you for whatever you are currently there for but they ask for anything else that my dog needed so I highly recommend them.

The staff was helpful, took all of the necessary information since this was my first visit to this vet. My appointment was on time. The vet was very helpful, explaining when he would need further shots. I asked that he receive a lyme disease shot since that is one of the shots that I want him to have. Explained to them that I only want the necessary shots, and not have him over medicated. She
agreed with me. All and all a pleasant experience. They also gave me heart guard medicine and flea protection for Meko. Scheduled to see the vet again this Wednesday, the 31st. The service was good, the paying for the services went well. All and all I would recommend this vet. Hopefully, they will take the rest of my crew as well.

Stated above...... Dr. Noto, his other two doctors and staff are truly the best in the area!! He has several locations and I have been to the Dickson City Location and Old Forge Location and they are always clean, organized and pleasant to be in.
