They clean up. They were very nice. They were here like 4 hours and everything was done. There was at least 4 or 5 of them. It was great. It was beautiful. There was nothing bad. They were really punctual, really friendly and did the work. There wasn't any trouble at all.

This was done in Oct 2012. When spring 2013 came it was peeling. Called me, he said as soon as it was warm he would be here to repair. He NEVER showed. I called numerous times after and he never picked up or responded to the voicemails left.
