She made sure the condo looked as good as it would ever look.
She added her own finishing touches, but with respect to our wishes.
She created a showing schedule and an advertising campaign that we wholeheartedly approved of.
She was in contact with us every step of the way.
She was very accessible both by email and telephone as well as highly cooperative about in-person meetings.
She attempted to take as much of the load off of us in the selling and the home, including working with the new owners once the bid was accepted and the condo went through an inspection.
She gave excellent guidance and advice.
She remained warm and friendly and personable.
By the end, we felt like she was family?.

We used her as listing agent for a condo we were selling. She did a tremendous job with communication, timeliness and overall experience with her. Her fee for services was standard for our area.
