I feel that she listens to you. She will show you the houses you want to see. She will show you 500 houses, if that is what it takes to find you a house. She is a hard worker. She will give you good advice about a house that might be a problem in the future. She has a good professional eye and knows her business.

Needed help in purchasing a house after relocating to PA. Budge Mallory from Prudential Fox and Roach (Devon) was an invaluable resource. He went completely out of his way to help us. Additionally, he very much listed to our needs unlike most of my past agents. He returned all of our calls almost right away. From the first meeting all the way through closing, he was there. HE EVEN HELPED US MOVE IN!
