 + 0 moreRight on time and for the price quoted. We encountered a few bumps along the way (delivery truck could not make it up our steep road so Jay had to run and rent a smaller trailer to bring the wood up), and many design decisions that he brought up, suggested a resolution but also worked with me if I had a different idea.
Description of Work: Jay Higgins has built several decks for me over the years, most recently at my rental property in Maine but last year also at my home on the Main Line. He is an artist, and he's also organized, responsive, neat, creative and an excellent craftsman. I give him the highest rating possible!
