"There are a lot of reasons why a piano goes out of tune, even when it has just been tuned. Factors such as how long it had been since the previous tuning, how far out of tune it was, the condition of the piano and even weather changes can affect the tuning. We ALWAYS respond to customer dissatisfaction with a no charge re-tuning of the instrument just to determine the cause of the change. This customer NEVER called us so we were unaware that there was a complaint. Had she done so we would have IMMEDIATELY gone back and serviced her piano at NO CHARGE. We stand by our work - even if there are factors beyond our control - and would have responded to this customer quickly had she contacted us directly, rather than registering a complaint here. We will STILL re-tune this customers piano at NO CHARGE if she will call us. We get an insignificant number of call backs - just read some of our other customer's comments - and our policy has always been to satisfy our customers, something we've done successfully for 40 years."
