They came out and injected a dye to check where the leak was. They were very thorough. They are a Trane AC authorized dealer and I have a Trane system. But, I don't think it matters to them, it could be a Carrier system as well, they know what the maintenance is, they know the equipment and they bring some interesting equipment along.  They do the service quite well.

John, the owner allowed me to see the leak with the special glasses and UV light and showed my the faulty seal, replaced at a later date with a Trane OEM part. John leveled my Trane unit. He checked for leaks by drawing a vacuum and then recharged the system.
