I called the day the tree came down and and left a message requesting a call back. Received the call back the same day and asked if they could look at the situation and give me an estimate of cost to remove the tree. They came later that day, gave me an estimate and said the tree could be removed the next morning. They arrived when they said they would, removed the fir tree and some broken branches from the dogwood, and cleaned up in about an hour and a half. Extremely quick response all around.
