+ 4 moreWe used Bernell for a large project, replacing around 36 windows including large patio doors and multi-section large windows, as well as exterior wood rot, roofing repair, and skylight replacement. He and his team did a very good job. Bernell is great to work with, and his pricing is very competitive. I liked having him as a primary contact, and he was typically on-site during most of the work, either supervising or working himself. I had no qualms trusting him to come and go from our home (inside and out) without us being present. They did leave behind some mess for us to clean up, but with a job of this size, some of that must be expected, and it was not so much as to be a great concern. He was very responsive with questions, and with dealing with small issues that arose. Overall, I'd highly recommend him to those looking for quality work at a reasonable price, and I will call him again in the future if we need other work done.
Description of Work: Replaced windows, doors, repaired exterior wood rot, did siding and roof repairs, replaced skylight.
