A week after the parts were ordered Tim was able to install the system. He was on time for his appointment. My water enters my basement on the opposite side of where all my other mechanicals are located so he had to do some additional pipe work to put the water softener with all my other mechanicals. I also wanted untreated water to go to my outside water bibs, Tim was able to accomplish this with no problems.
Installation took about 3 hours and after it was complete he tested the system, tested the water, and walked me through how to maintain the system.
The quote was very competitive. Tim even showed me how to save considerable expense, by going wit an alternate quote -- which I did. The water heater was still an upgraded type with 2and quot; of insulation for energy conservation.
Service was punctual, everything was explained clearly, the installations were very professional. The old water heater was hauled away. And there was spotless clean-up after the job.
I'd definitely recommend Arrow Plumbing and Mechanical and will use their services again.
