Pool and Spa Servicing
It was a horrible experience. At one point they told us the liner was ordered, then, when we were finally able to speak with someone a week later they told us they had just ordered the liner. There were multiple problems with measurements which further delayed us getting our liner. Chris would not return repeated calls to the store and refused to answer his cell phone. I had to fax a letter to his office threatening legal action before he would even return my calls. If he would have been up front and honest, keeping me informed, he could have avoided half the frustration. If he would have done what he said he was going to do he probably could have avoided the other half.
