Epic Landscaping & Lawn Care

I called 5/12/14 inquiring about lawn mowing
services. I was told by Ryan he could come out to our home 5/13/14. No call, no
show. No call, no show 5/14/14, so I called. I was told the lawn equipment
wasn’t functioning properly, and it should be cut 5/15/14. No call, no show on
5/15/14. So I called, again, because apparently informing their customers of
delays is not a service they provide. I was told he went to the home and the
grass was already cut. This was not the case. He, in fact, went to the wrong
address. 5/16/14 it rained, so he was finally able to make it out 5/17/14.
Then I receive an invoice stating I owe
$40.00 for services on 5/17/14 and 5/22/14. As far as I could tell, no service
was performed 5/22/14. Ryan advised me it was, so he could get on schedule for
Thursday lawn care for our residence. So, although he was 5 days late the first
time and my lawn clearly did not need mowing on 5/22/14, I must pay for a
service so HE can get on schedule?! Is this a joke??
I stated my concerns on several occasions and
they were never addressed. Not a “sorry for the inconvenience”, no offer of a
discount, absolutely nothing to satisfy a customer.
Needless to say, we were very dissatisfied and canceled service.

Fabulous!! I was desperate to get snow removal for my parents house while they were away on vacation. Ryan responded within hours and took care of it the same day ,and then went back for a second sweep at my request, within 24 hours notice. Thank you so much Ryan and you definitely gained some long term customers with this job!

They've been amazing, they've done an outstanding job. This is our second year hiring them for snow removal services and we've been extremely happy with them. He's extremely responsive, very reliable and he's extraordinarily helpful.

I have used Epic the last two years 2012 and 2013. The service is excellent, price is great. I couldn't ask for anyone better to take care of the lawn appearance. I would recommend Epic to anyone that asked.

I found Epic on Angie's List. He provides excellent service. I couldn't ask for anything better, and the price is terrific! I have about 3 acres of property, and he charges me $90. He is also punctual, and is reasonably priced. Those two things mean a lot to me. I am telling you, my yard has never looked better! Straight A's! He's nice, courteous, and respectful. He does what ever you ask him to. He soooo good! I plan to continue to use Epic Landscaping in the future.

Great! They come every week, right on schedule, and do a thorough and professional job. They bill us monthly, so we don't have to be home when they come.

Great - very good, very punctual. If he doesn't want to do something, he'll tell you right up front. He comes in and works. He doesn't dilly-dally. He's quite the hustler. He is a very nice man, very courteous, very professional. I was very pleased to get him this year. We used him all mowing season and we will be using him this mowing season. Plus, I have two more places for him to mow. I've recommended him already.

Made a phone call after obtaining number off A.L. Mr. Eck made an appointment to give an estimate for the work to be done. It was reasonable and we agreed on a starting date. To date, we are very pleased with the work done and would recommend this service.

I love them! They are so good! Ryan, the man that runs it, is very knowledgeable. He is going to help me with some landscaping issues. He is very dependable. They send us a bill and then we pay it. I have a pretty big yard, so I was surprised at the price. He is a very nice guy. He knows landscaping very well. He always shows up when he is supposed to, and does the work without fooling around. He runs it with his wife, and I just feel they are a wonderful couple. When I was looking around to hire someone, he came out to see how large the yard was and what it entailed before giving me a price.

My lawn is difficult to cut because it goes in and out of the woods. They are always here on time and on the dates scheduled. They always offer other services in my yard, if needed.
