Gary came and walked the property with me, checking to see what trees needed attention after the winter storms. The work was scheduled for about 3 weeks later but actually did one large oak tree earlier since he had his best climber available and that was the only tree that needed a climber. The rest of the work was finished the following week, including thinning out several weak, spindly spruces that were trying to grow in the middle of a small stand of spruces. Everything was raked out and cleaned up after the trimming was done. The trees now look healthy and happy.

Very professional and efficient job.

Gary was extremely professional in all aspects of his work. He was very responsive in returning our call and setting up a time to come for an estimate. After talking with him, we felt very comfortable that he would be a good job. He explained in detail how he would go about the removal of each tree. Gary's estimate was the lowest of the three estimates we got. It was a big job and several of the trees were very close to the house. We were very impressed with the careful manner in which the work was done. The work was completed according to the time frame that we were given. The clean up job was fantastic. We would definitely recommend Delta Tree Service to any one who needs trees removed or has questions about the stability of any trees in their yard. We will be contacting Gary again to do some more work for us.

We left a message for Gary Quasney and he replied the next day, 9/4, and came out and gave us an estimate.

We called him that evening and asked him to do the job. On 9/7 he and his crew came and cut down the tree, removed the brush, and left the wood in long random lengths (as agreed), leaving one large load of mulch. They worked steadily through the day and finished the job that afternoon. We paid them the agreed upon price.
Overall, we were satisfied. Our one concern was , while they cut the trunk close to the ground, as Gary said they would, they left
a large (about 4 1/2 ft tall, 17 ft around) piece on top of the trunk. When I asked why they were not cutting that , Gary said that was not in the contract. If we had been aware of the size of the piece they were leaving, we may have made arrangements with them for cutting it to a more manageable size. This is the first tree of this size that we have had taken down and have since spoken to other people who have confirmed that this is the usual practice.
We would use this service again.

They had the best price and they were able to take care of it quickly. They did a good job.

It turned out very well. They are reasonably priced but very dependable. I thought they were very reasonable. I will use their services again in the future.
