Auto Transmission Service
The major complaint -Mechanics failed to perform road/highway test after 5 days in shop or detect damage. Customer waited 40 minutes before paying as Merchant preoccupied with Adv. Rep. and telephones. We paid the bill Friday and returned 4 days later after dangerous road handling. Returned to his shop. Test run performed and lifted car. Found obvious bent rod. Car needed a wheel stabilizer. 3 day order. Owner added $25 profit to dealer part cost. Charged $65/hr for 20 minute job Saturday morning.
