J H Contracting has been in business since 1972. We are a family owned and operated construction company. We currently have 6 employees with a total of of 146 years of construction experience. When a contact is signed we require 50% down, then 25% when we are half way done with the project and then the final 25% when the project is completed.

a. Expanding the length of the house to give us a large laundry room, 2 large bedrooms and a walk-in closet
b. Adding a large entrance to the from of the house
c. Updating and enlarging our kitchen
d. Adding a deck to the front of the house
e. Replacing all deck boards and railings on a large back deck whie even making one section larger
They will do all future work for us.
